What we specialize in...

Jack Allen Construction uses a maticulous process of procedures that guarantee quality results in all we do. In other words, we can do ALL of the paperwork needed to succeed in the field of Construction. Below are the key areas that we excel in. 

Estimating


We specialize in  preparing bid forms (specific to the trade and project) to be completed by subcontractors who submit proposals during the bidding process. This ensures that we are able to obtain fair and comparitive pricing. We always review a minimum of three,  proposals per trade and then communicate the best responsive bid to the Owner.

Value Engineering 


Once estimating is complete, value engineering can commence. We have the knowledge and ability to professionally prepare a value engineering document that includes the necessary pricing and scope of work narrative options. Followed by an itemized bid summary. With this revised summary we are able to provide a projected cost of construction for post bid review.

Post-Bid Review & Buy-Out


The only way to guarantee agreement with value engineering, specifications and plans; is through the process of post bid review and buy-out. We at Jack Allen pride ourselves at  taking the neccesary time we need to dialogue with the various subcontractors we choose to work with for each trade to satisfy fair and competitive pricing.
